Refunds and Return Policy

The Zen Warrior uses a print-on-demand company, to make, print, and ship products found on site. Due to the uniqueness of the designs, the products are only produced once an order is placed. This means that returns, refunds, and exchanges are not supported.

 

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund (to your Printify balance) if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our Support team using the “Submit issue” form.
