At The Zen Warrior, you will learn 3 Styles of Martial Arts. Each style has strengths unique to them. Learning to combine the styles along with learning ways to calm your mind, helps you learn to balance the human weapon that you are.

Shotokan

Shotokan karate is regarded as a dynamic martial art as it develops aerobic, powerful techniques as well as speed.

Aikido

Aikido emphasizes twisting and throwing techniques to turn an attacker’s strength and momentum against themselves.

Judo

Judo’s objective is to either throw or takedown an opponent and immobilize, or subdue them with a joint lock or a choke.
